All 17 apartments are professionally managed by a dedicated team, who make their best so all our guests feel at home while staying with us.
We also provide reception and meet and greet services, or , if the guests arrives late, they have the possibility of direct checking using the entrance codes provided by the management team.
Our Suites
When our suites were designed, we focused on the comfort and wellness of our guests. The apartments consist of large bright bedrooms with a comfy king-sized bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living room with smart TV. The sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed for a 3rd guest.
It is the perfect place to stay for couples looking for a romantic holiday by the beach, or for families with kids.

Located in the heart of the most exclusive area of Alicante, Cabo Huertas, 450 meters from San Juan Beach Mar Apartments beneficiates from the best connection to the beach and the city. Just in front of the building you can find the bus station that connects the beach with the city center. The tram station in walking distance and people that love sports and outdoor activities can find beach activities centers also in the area.
The premises is served by a modern cafeteria where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and even special events like Sunday brunch where local delicious food and a selection of curated wine can be tasted.
